Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping/delivery includes 5-7 business days. 14-day guarantee upon receipt of your item. 25% restocking fee after 14 days with a return. All sales and clearance items are final sales unless received damaged or defective. Items must be unworn, free of scratches, unaltered, and in perfect sellable condition. All original packaging (e.g., jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates) must be returned. Refund processing time equals 3-7 business days.

• Custom & Personalized Items: Any engraved, custom-made, or sized-to-order pieces.

• Hygiene/Pierced Items: Earrings are generally non-returnable for health and sanitary reasons

• SKS Gems may offer free return shipping otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance. 

• For luxury pieces or items over a certain threshold ($750+), fully insured shipping and signature confirmation are required to protect against lost or stolen return packages.

• Return shipping labels ($6.99 or higher) may be requested, downloaded, and printed for return.
